About the City Country Alliance of Schools

City Country Alliance of Schools

The purpose of the City Country Alliance of Schools is to connect a cross-section of cultural, geographical and socio-economic school communities in NSW.  The goal of the program is to facilitate educational interactions that promote shared understanding, opportunity and celebration while encouraging the building of a society that is socially inclusive, cohesive and mutually respectful of all cultures.

Originally started and collaboration between Lindfield East Public School and Menindee Central School. This then grew to eight schools who were partnered into a city country arrangement. Our current model encourages CCAS Schools to work collaboratively to align with our purpose statement of broadening student outcomes and perspectives.
